feeling better 3/4

After reading other blogs today I feel alot better.  I haven’t lost a pound for 3 wks and got really down yesterday.  I hit the gym again this morning, the weather is a beautiful 63 degs, and I’m changing my weigh in day to Weds instead of Mons.  I’ve started to dread Mondays not only because of another 5 days of work or that I’m up at 5 AM and heading for the gym, but there’s that damn weigh in.  I think I’ll have a better mind set about that on Weds now.  I’m having a salad with grilled chicken, sitting in the sunshine, and reading blogs.  What a better way to spend a lunch hour than with supportive people?

Not even one pound!

Can’t believe I haven’t lost even one pound in 3 weeks.  Haven’t gained any either but I’ve been exercising 4-5 times per week and eating really well (excepting downfalls on wkends somewhat).  I even gave up alcohol completely for 7 days, no wine in the evening and no bloody mary’s on the weekends.   It would really be nice to see 2 lbs.  I know muscle weighs more than fat but I really don’t think I’m building THAT much muscle.  Aaarrrrhhhh! (that’s me being frustrated!)

Oh no! Weekend!

I don’t do so good on the weekends. I really eat well Mon - Fri then blow it on Sat and Sun. I usually weigh in on Mon mornings, should change it to Fri morning. I’m determined to stick to my good eating habits the next two days! I promise to skip the Bloody Mary’s, bacon; wine and pasta! I’m riding high on that wagon now at 10AM. Hope I don’t fall hard 10AM Sat.

I’ve never blogged before.  Wanted a little motivation for health and fitness and decided to try this.  I enrolled at the gym in Jan and have been trying to go 4-5 times per week.  I’ve tried to get back to Weight Watchers Points to get me crazed eating under control.  I don’t attend meetings, just try to stay on track.  Been having a tough time on weekends tho.  Well, we’ll see how this works out for me.  Thanks!
